  • If I want to do renovations at home, how do I go about getting a permit?
    Please contact the Northwest Regional Services Commission (NWRSC) at 506-735-2126 to apply for a building or development permit and obtain the necessary information on this subject. Upon request, we can complete the application for you.
  • If I have a problem with a dog, how do I go about filing a complaint?
    Residents of both districts should contact the New Brunswick Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (NBSPCA) at 1-877-722-1522 for any questions relating to dogs.
  • I noticed that Rue So-and-So has a large pothole, who should I notify?
    It depends on which district you live in, since in Disctrict 1, the municipality is responsible for municipal streets and in District 2, the Department of Transportation is responsible for roads. For residents of District 1, you can contact the Town Hall and ask to speak to the Director of Public Works or ask the receptionist to register your complaint. As for residents of District 2, you must contact the Department of Transportation at 1-833-384-4111 or transpornb@gnb.ca
  • How to follow the news and activities happening in Saint-Quentin?
    Through the Info-courriel, in which the activities of the community organizations that are members of the Regroupement des organismes communautaires (ROC) are published. You can sign up to receive the info-courriel by clicking here or by contacting the Community Life Department at 506-235-3282. Don't hesitate to follow the Facebook pages of the CTAG, the Sports and Recreation Department and the City which will keep you up to date with news and activities.
  • Who should I contact to have a water test done at home?
    Visit Service NB at 144 Canada Street (local in the CTAG) to obtain a test kit.
  • I have pruned my trees and shrubs and collected leaves, where can I take this waste?
    Please contact the municipality to make an appointment with the public works department who will accompany you to the drop-off center for your green waste, which is leaf residue, cut flowers, tree branches, lawn clippings, etc.
  • I have a complaint to make about a municipal service, what is the procedure?
    Please contact the receptionist at Town Hall at 506-235-2425. She will take your complaint with the necessary information and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
  • How to contact the person responsible for the Palais Centre-Ville?

  • Who should I contact to learn more about my family history?
    The Heritage Society is the organization that holds the largest number of documents in its archives. Please contact us and we will be happy to put you in touch with the person responsible.
